Client Responsibilities:
Upon becoming a client of Pinnacle Designs, you commit to providing accurate information essential for accessing our services. Additionally, you agree to furnish us with periodic feedback and any necessary approvals for the seamless delivery of our services.
Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property associated with our services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, software, and content, is the exclusive property of Pinnacle Designs and its licensors. Unauthorized use, modification, or sharing of this content is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
Confidentiality:
Any information exchanged between the client and Pinnacle Designs is strictly confidential, except for data related to business strategies, campaign insights, and client information. Both parties are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of this information for all purposes unrelated to service provision.
Payment and Billing:
Pinnacle Designs' fees, payment terms, and conditions are detailed in the pricing section. Adherence to all outlined fee charges is mandatory. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Refund Policy:
Please note that Pinnacle Designs does not entertain a change of mind after an initial payment has been made. We do not issue refunds if a customer decides to cancel the service post-payment.
Project Cancellation
If a project is canceled or postponed by the client, all monies paid are retained by Pinnacle Designs and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
Service Exceptions:
No refunds are available once a client has approved and accepted the completed project or service. This includes, but is not limited to, design work, website development, and digital marketing services.
Chargebacks:
If a customer initiates a chargeback, Pinnacle Designs reserves the right to contest the chargeback and present evidence of the customer's agreement to and acceptance of the terms, including the no-refund policy.
